Sharon Osbourne Is Going Under the Knife to Get a ‘New Face’

May 29, 2019

Sharon Osbourne is ready for more plastic surgery.

During Tuesday’s episode of The Talk, the 66-year-old revealed her plans to once again alter her looks, reported the New York Post.

"My next surgery is booked,” she told co-hosts Sheryl Underwood, Eve, Carrie Ann Inaba and guest Rumer Willis. “I’m having it in August, so when we come back to film in September I will have a new face.”

She jokingly added: “I’ll look like I used a cream.”

When Inaba commented that she liked “this face,” Osbourne shot back, “You’re just used to it. You’ll like the new one.”

Osbourne, who has been open about getting plastic surgery in the past,  disclosed she was first motivated to enhance her features because of her mother.

"I didn't want to look like my mom,” she explained, “because I looked like my mom.”

In her 2013 memoir “Unbreakable,” Osbourne described the litany of cosmetic procedures she’s had done over the years.

“There’s not much I haven’t had tweaked, stretched, peeled, lasered, veneered, enhanced, or removed altogether,” she wrote.

That same year Osbourne admitted she had undergone vaginal rejuvenation, which she claimed was the most “excruciating” procedure. But less than a month later, she reversed course and denied the entire thing.

"I have not had it done…I made it up,” she told Howard Stern. “I swear on my children's lives that I made it up just to be flippant."

In 1999, Osbourne underwent one of her first procedures, lap-band surgery, from which she lost 100 pounds.

But despite her penchant for going under the knife, Osbourne swore off having plastic surgery again after undergoing a preventative double mastectomy upon discovering she had the gene (BRCA1) linked to an increase risk for breast cancer.

While she’s obviously had a change of heart, viewers can see the results of Osbourne’s latest facial work when The Talk returns from their summer hiatus in September.
